So at the beginning of the summer, I made a promise to myself that I would focus more on my fitness. I joined the gym, started running, and decided to try out pole fitness, which I’d always wanted to do. I knew that I’d manage to stick to my fitness plan as I’m pretty determined when I want to be, but what I didn’t know was how much fun I’d end up having at Elements Studio in Ashford.
I debated for a while over writing this post, in fear of looking pretentious. However, my aim as a journalist has always been to tell people things I wish that I’d been told, and honestly, I really would have liked to have read a post like this before I decided to take on the daunting task of getting fit over the summer.
