Warwick Jailbreak, the biggest student event of its type in the UK, is set to return on November 1-2.

The students taking part have 36 hours to get as far away from the University of Warwick as they can without spending any money.

Now I’ve finally completed my internship after eight weeks, I thought that I’d write a short summary of things that I’ve done and learned over the summer. I feel that not only have I added some very valuable assets to my skill set, I have also become a more rounded worker as a result, and can add a whole lot more to my portfolio!

How to get fit over summer

I debated for a while over writing this post, in fear of looking pretentious. However, my aim as a journalist has always been to tell people things I wish that I’d been told, and honestly, I really would have liked to have read a post like this before I decided to take on the daunting task of getting fit over the summer.

Before I begin here’s a disclaimer: everything I say here is unlikely to suit everyone, so please do not take my words as gospel. I am not a fitness expert and I do not claim to be. Do not over-exercise, and make sure you listen to what your body is telling you!
