How to get fit over summer
I debated for a while over writing this post, in fear of looking pretentious. However, my aim as a journalist has always been to tell people things I wish that I’d been told, and honestly, I really would have liked to have read a post like this before I decided to take on the dauntingContinue reading “How to get fit over summer”

Day 15: La Fortuna, Costa Rica
Today I experienced another very full-on day packed with almost as much adrenaline as the bungee jump day, but this time with added water which I am now thoroughly sick of!
Day 14: La Fortuna, Costa Rica
